Cooling off period
When you order from Guitar and Amp Shack online, you have the right to cancel the contract for purchase of goods
within seven days following the date of delivery.
If
you decide to return your goods then you must contact us within the 7 days for a returns authorisation and the goods must
be returned in the original condition and packaging in which they were received.
Please note that items that come with protective film must be returned with protective
film still in place. Once removed, no refund can be offered.
Refunds will be made in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within thirty days of cancellation.
Refunds for non-faulty items will be refunded minus the delivery charges.
If you are returning any item to Guitar and Amp Shack, the package must be postmarked within seven days from requesting
authorisation from us. Guitar and Amp Shack will not refund any returns that are postmarked past the seven day period and
will return your product(s) to you.
Cancelling an order before despatch
Orders may be cancelled any time before we despatch them. Telephone us on: 01556 505955.
Faulty Goods
Should
you find any faults with our products, you must notify us within seven days of the goods being received where a replacement
or refund will be offered.
You must contact us
within seven days for a Returns Authorisation. No refund or exchange can be offered after this period. We will issue a refund
providing such faults have not be caused by your misuse, negligent handling or improper care of the goods. Any refund will
be in the same form of payment originally used for purchase and issued within thirty days.
Returning an item
To return an item, call us for authorisation on 01556 505955 or email us at: enquiries@guitarandampshack.co.uk
Place the item/s into their original packaging and ensure the parcel is sealed
securely. You must mark your parcel clearly as "Returned Goods" and must include the delivery note that was shipped
with your order and indicate clearly the reason for returning the item.

For refunds; once we have assessed
the items, the money will be credited back onto the credit/debit card that was used
to place the online order within 30 days.
The cost
of returning items will be met by you.
We recommend
that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot offer refund or replacement for any goods that are lost in transit.
Please note, if you return any items without contacting Guitar and Amp Shack
for a Returns Authorisation, you will subject to an administration charge of 20% of the total cost of your order.
