We accept all major credit and debit cards, via the secure payment gateway provided by PayPal.Guitar and Amp Shack do not hold any confidential card details used when making payments via this site. Are the items displayed in stock? All our items are in stock unless specified. If an item is out of stock then it will be displayed as “out of stock” on the product page. If my order is processed, does that mean it is in stock? Orders will only be processed for items that are in stock. If your order has gone through the payment process then this means that the items are in stock. How will I know when my order has been dispatched? We will notify you via email to let you know that your order has been dispatched. How long will my order take to arrive? Your order will normally take a maximum of 3-5 working days to arrive. If you require your order earlier then we offer a next day delivery option.  Delivery charges are calculated automatically when you add your items to the cart.   Do you add new products to your range? We are constantly adding new products  to our site so it is always worth coming back to visit us. Do you have retail premises?
