The Guitar and Amp Shack aim to have your order dispatched by courier within 24 hours if the order is
placed between Monday-Friday. Orders placed at weekends will be dispatched within 24 hours of the first working day, Monday.
We are only able to accept online orders from the UK for guitars. Please
contact us for information if you live outside the UK but wish to place an order or, if you are purchasing amplifiers.
Most items are delivered within 3 working days to addresses
on the UK mainland although Guitar and Amp Shack cannot guarantee services provided by the Courier firm. Our delivery charges are as follows:
UK addresses (Guitars) £15.00.

note that we cannot take responsibility for delivery to PO Box addresses and cannot offer refunds or replacements for any
goods that are lost in transit.
